There is a very old tradition that the name Yahweh be erased out of Scripture due to reverence to that sacred name. Did they murder that name Yahweh instead of reverence to it? God did not endorse that tradition. “Yahweh” was freely spoken and praised throughout Scripture 6,828 times. Not once did Scripture forbid its uses. “Scripture is the final authority in all rules of faith and practice.” That tradition was unfounded in Scripture. God personally gave us His name Yahweh. “And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” And God further more said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, “Yahweh, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and this is My memorial-name from generation to generation. Ex 3: 14 & 15 They wilfully misinterpreted His 3rd Commandment to deceive His belivers. And uniliaterally changed His word and unique name Yahweh to a general title Adonai meaning LORD which was neither Yahweh in spirit or truth. They twisted His truth into a lie. “You shall not take the name of Yahweh your God in vain, for Yahweh will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain!” Ex 20:7, Dt 5:11 This simply means to take Yahweh’s name in honor and reverence, forbidding its misuse. They slyly misinterpreated this to mean the name Yahweh was too sacred to be pronounced, least His name be taken in vain, and cunningly erased Yahweh from Scripture totally. “We are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming.” Eph 4:14 Erased His name was exactly taking His name in vain. Remembered Yahweh was the point. “Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh and whose trust is Yahweh.´Jeremiah 17:7. “Jesus answered and said to them, “Why do you yourselves transgress the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition?” “But in vain do they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commands of men.” Mt 15:3 & 9 “And their fear of Me is in the command of men learned by rote (tradition). Is 29:13 They edited and changed Yahweh to Adonia in their manuscripts. It turned into LORD in the English Bibles whenever the corrupted Masoretic Texts were used in the translations. “But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness or adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” 2 Co 4:2
“Jesus answered, “The foremost is, ‘Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord.’” Mk12: 29 This Shema from Dt 6: 4 “Yahweh our God is one” affirmed Trinity, seeing “one” echad as a unity of essence in three Persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), not a singularity; the verse establishes God’s singular divine nature, which Trinitarian believes. See Yahweh see Son of God the second person in Trinity. LORD is strictly a Jewish monotheism, never Trinity. This is the core difference between Christ and them. Yahweh and LORD are opposite each other as Christ and no Christ. Don’t be fooled, there is no Yahweh, no Christ in their LORD. Check. “And it will be that everyone who calls on the name of Yahweh will be delivered. Joel 2:32 “For ‘Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’” Ro 10:13 Yahweh in the Old Testament is Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Flee from the corrupted Masoretic Text’s Adonai, the mother of LORD in the English Bibles. And enjoy YHWH word for word duly translated to Yahweh and not the deceiving LORD. Let’s see the original Hebrew Yahweh which is simply astounding and changes the understanding of the Bible. “And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.” Ex 3:2-4 KJV. Who was the angel of the LORD? It was taught that the angel of the LORD was a Theophany, a manifestation of God rooted in Greek mythology. That’s extra scriptural, and more importantly it blindsided one from seeing Jesus. The Creator is above Theophany and Scripture express it. “And the angel of Yahweh appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of the bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not consumed. So Moses said, “I must turn aside now and see this marvelous sight. Why is the bush not burned up? “And Yahweh saw that he turned aside to look, so God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses! And he said, “Here I am.” Ex 3:2-4. LSB Angel is malak in Hebrew, also means messanger, making the phrase literally “messenger of Yahweh”. Marking God sent the angel of Yahweh to speak to Moses. God didn’t talk to Moses directly. Immediately verse 4 identified the angel of Yahweh was Yahweh, and only He spoke with Moses exclusively throughout the chapter. In short God the Father sent God the Son to the Burning Bush. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.” Ge 1:1 & 2 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.” Jn 1:1 “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Jn 1:14. In the beginning was God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit–Trinity. See Yahweh see Christ and enjoy the Scripture as given to us and the excellence of His word. The angel of Yahweh the Son of God, Christ spoke in Exodus 3:6 &15. He was the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Christ was hidden in the deceiving LORD! Read Yahweh as was given to us to see Christ. Flee from that antichrist’s LORD. Don’t’ be fooled to miss Christ in the Bible. The Bible is about Christ. “So faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of Christ.” Ro 10:17
“Jesus said (8 times) to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was I am.” Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him, but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple.” Jn 8:58 & 59 They heard Jesus’s I am Yahweh as in Exodus 3:14 and they stoned Him for blesphemy. Indeed Jesus is the great I am Yahweh in the gospel of John. “I am the bread of life.” 6:35 I am the Light of the world.” 8:12 “I am the door.” 10:9 “I am the good shepherd.” 10:11 “I am the resurrection and the life.” 11:25. “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.” 14:6 “I am the true vine.” 15:1. “I am Yahweh,that is My name.” Isaiah 42:8. “I am the LORD: that is my name.” KJV’s LORD is not a name, and it nonsense in the verse. That’s broken English and truth.
“And that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Php 2:11. “That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance. They will say of Me, ‘Only in Yahweh are righteousness and strength.” Isaiah 45:23, 24 “O Yahweh, your name is everlasting, O Yahweh, your remembrance is from generation to generation. Psalm 135:13. Praise Yahweh, all nations; laud Him, all peoples! For His lovingkindness prevails over us, and the truth of Yahweh is everlasting. Praise Yah! Psalms 117:1. Jesus Christ is Yahweh God Almighty.
